You can find this information on the packaging, including the recommended use by date. Typically, you have 18 to 24 months to store your toner cartridge.Temperature and climate are important. Store you toner cartridge in a cool, dry place to keep it from getting undo moisture that could diminish your printing quality.When creating your documents, think about the amount of page coverage you’ll be using. Large fonts, unnecessary graphics, and even frequent underlining of words can cause your toner to need replacement much more quickly.
